More detail on this person: My Father retired in 1977 as BrigGen, USMC, and died in 1989. His OQR states that he participated in combat/combat support operations with:

HMM 165 680707-680828
HMM 364 680717-681202
HMM 265 681101-690524
HMH 462 681028-690228

He was assigned to MAG 36, 680704-690713, first as the XO, and then as the CO, which explains the overlap in squadrons. I don't know how to list this on your roster, so I did not fill out the update form and am leaving it up to you.

Officially his cause of death was accidental drowning, but that was caused by a heart attack. At age 65, he finally stopped jogging every day and started swimming laps instead.
