More detail on this person: Robert "Rocky" William Bleier served his country with pride and distinction. He served one tour in Viet Nam 1969-1970, flying Jolly Green Helicopters for search and rescue. He was credited with over 300 saves and earned several Distinguished Flying Crosses as well as Meritorious Service Medals and the Republic of Viet Nam Campaign Medal. Rocky was married to Ruth Kathryn Cottrell and has one daughter, Kathy Ann Bleier Stephenson Smith; one granddaughter, Kathryn Valeta Smith; and two great granddaughters, Haylee Kaye Elizabeth Smith and Skylar Theresa Ann Spatafora.
