More detail on this person: HUMBOLDT - Royce 'Bo' Bowman, 72, retired pilot after 25 years with the Air Force, died of liver disease Friday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at George A. Smith & Sons Funeral Home Humboldt Chapel with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Veterans Association and the Frayser-Raleigh Senior Center in Memphis. He had attained the rank of major in the Air Force. Mr. Bowman, the husband of Mary Marcelene Bowman, also leaves two daughters, Teresa Brown of Dickson and Deborah Cosat of Knoxville; three sisters, Ruby Shoe of Jackson, Irene Blurton of Humboldt and Gladys Davis of Gadsden, and five grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to a Veterans Administration hospital of the donor's choice.
