More detail on this person: Helicopter accident landing on a rig in Gulf of Mexico, while flying for PHI. My boss in Alaska was Major William Bruce. He flew helicopters in Vietnam in '65-'66. I don't know what his unit was. After retirement, he flew for PHI in the Gulf of Mexico. He was killed 4/4/84 while landing on a rig. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

He grew up in Louisiana and went to college there. He received his commission thru ROTC.
