08 NOV 68 WOC Larry L. Breaden [Student Pilot] and WOC Thomas C. Bridges [Student Pilot] and IP injured in UH-1 crash at Fort Rucker, Alabama at USAAVNS. Aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff from Hunt Stagefield at Ft. Rucker after experiencing an engine failure. IP was in full control of emergency landing until they hit power lines during the flare which flipped the A/C upside down. It then burst into flames.
