More detail on this person: CALLAGHAN, Brian P., 62, of Woodland Waters, Weeki Wachee, Fla., passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at his home under the loving care of his family and hospice. He was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and came to this area 11 years ago from Newark, Del. He served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot and retired as a lieutenant colonel for the National Guard. He is survived by his loving wife, Bobbi of Woodland Waters, Weeki Wachee; two sons, Andrew Callaghan and his wife, Sharon of Spring Hill and Mike Callaghan and his wife, Christy of Fort Bragg, N.C.; daughter, Sarah Callaghan of Woodland Waters; parents, Bobbi and Dan of Wilmington, Del.; four sisters, Lynne Falkowski, Darcy Malcolm, Cherie Moffa and Michelle Lawrence, all of Delaware; one brother, Sean Callaghan of Delaware; six grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Madison, Christopher, Autumn and Brooke; and several nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends. A gathering in Brian' s memory will be conducted 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008, with a celebration of life service starting 1 p.m. at the Seven Hills Chapel of Brewer & Sons, 280 Mariner Blvd. Brian will then be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla., with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
