More detail on this person: Obituary for Richard Campanalie Richard Anthony Campanalie, age 72, of Olmsted Falls, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019. He was born November 13, 1946, son of the late Eugene and Harriet Campanalie. Richard was a Vietnam War veteran and two time receiver of the Purple Heart Award. He had many hobbies and enjoyed golfing, painting and building various types of models. He was the most technologically advanced 72 year old you would ever meet! Richard will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. Devoted husband of 34 years to Vera Campanalie (nee Malow); cherished father of the late Michael Campanalie, Theresa Impala, and Erik (Caren) Campanalie; beloved grandfather of Chelsea, Olivia, Nicholas, Tony, and Dean; loving great grandfather of Jayden; caring brother of Janet James, Ronald, Dennis, Tony and Daryl; dearest uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Memorial visitation will take place Monday, May 13, 2019 from 10AM - 12PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070, where memorial service will commence at 12PM.
