Capps, born November 24, 1940 in Salt Lake City, UT, passed away December 5, 2003 at the VA Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 11th at 12 noon at the Utah Veteran's Memorial Chapel, 17111 S. Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, UT. Viewing will be Wednesday, Dec. 10th from 6-7:30 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Dr.
