More detail on this person: CHANCELLOR, Charles D. III, 58, of Tampa, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 4, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Paula; two sons, Charles IV and Christopher Robin; daughter-in-law, Crystal; five grandchildren, Caylan, Bree, Ryah, Kyrien and Robyn; parents-in-law, Betty and Ray Houghtby; sisters-in-law, Diane Corkran, Vicky and Barb Houghtby; and brothers-in-law, Chuck and Dave Houghtby and Jeff Corkran. He was a retired Army LTC and a Viet Nam and Gulf War veteran. He worked at Booz-Allen-Hamilton for 10 years and was currently with Gemini Industries. He was a dedicated worker, a good friend, and took every opportunity to share the Good News that "Jesus loves us and has a great plan for our lives." Many will confirm that Charles touched their lives with his great love for the Lord. We will all miss his gentle spirit and kind heart. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
