More detail on this person: Mike Law left VM on William Clark's phone in 2021 to see if he could visit another Air Force helicopter pilot in Great Falls. On 23 Nov, Mach Hinson, William's son-in-law, returned the call with the news that William passed 5 Dec 2019. William did not want an Obit or Memorial Service. His body was cremated and the family retains the ashes for some future burial. He retired with the rank of LTC after serving as a helicopter pilot at Malmstom AFB near Great Falls for several years. After receiving his wings, he flew B-52s for awhile. He then transitioned to helicopters and stay with them for the rest of his career. He and his family 'fell in love' with Montana.
