The family will receive friends from 5:30-7 p.m., with memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 4, both to be held at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel. Mr.' Conti was a retired USMC Captain, retired from the State of Tennessee, retired from City of Memphis Juvenile Court, Executive Committee chairperson of the Republican Party of Tennessee, life member of VFW Post 7175, and a life member of the National Rifle Association. He leaves his wife, Rachel D. "Ray" Conti; two daughters, Donna Conti of White Plains, MD and Lisa Wilson of Memphis; a son, Frank J. "Rusty" Conti III; two sisters, Casse Conti of Parma, OH, Joanne Baughman of Yemassee, SC; grandson, Wesley Smith of Memphis; granddaughter, Sarah Ann Wilson of Memphis.; as well as nieces and nephews. The family requests memorials sent to the American Diabetes Association.
