More detail on this person: STEPHEN F. CAMERON STEPHEN F. CAMERON, RETIRED ARMY COLONEL, 70, Stephen F. Cameron, 70, a retired Army colonel who formerly taught military science at the University of Pennsylvania, died Tuesday of cancer at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga. He lived in Berwyn from 1971 until 1994. Born in Philadelphia, he served with the Marines during World War II, then switched to the Army, where he spent the remainder of his 30-year military career. He served in Korea and twice in Vietnam. He taught military science and was head of ROTC at the University of Pennsylvania for several years in the early 1970s., He retired from the service in 1978.
