More detail on this person: I was at Virginia International Raceway summer before last and I asked about Bill Cannon because he was an avid sports car racer after Vietnam. Several people knew him well. They said he passed away about a year before from an illness. I was his roomate for a while at Ft Eustis in 69. He was from Geeensboro NC. I think his initial was L. He was a good guy.
