More detail on this person: Martin J Cobb died 5/9/71 was my dad. He was flying his own fixed wing and crashed at a private airport. He served 2 tours in Vietnam and was in the 101st Airborne. He flew the huey and chinook. When stateside he was an instuctor at Ft Rucker, AL. He was a USA career man and after his 2nd Vietnam tour was awarded CW3 rank. They completed the paperwork and made it official at his death. He is buried in his home state of SC.
