More detail on this person: RETIRED MAJ. JERRY R. CULVERHOUSE GENEVA - Retired Maj. Jerry R. Culverhouse, 46, of 710 Meadowlake Drive in Ozark, was killed in a helicopter crash Friday morning, Jan. 10, 1992, at Fort Rucker. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev. Carl Herndon officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery with full military rites at the gravesite. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 until 8. Maj. Culverhouse was retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. He was a test pilot for DynCorp Corp. at Fort Rucker. He was a graduate of Geneva High School. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Ann Culverhouse, Ozark; one son, Michael Culverhouse, Ozark; one daughter, Miss Pamela Culverhouse, Ozark; his mother, Mrs. Grace Culverhouse, Geneva; one sister, Mrs. Hilda Waln, Grand Junction, Colo; one brother Kenneth Culverhouse, Atlanta; two nephews; one niece.
