Helicopter Crash Fatal to 2 Men MINERAL WELLS, Texas (AP) - The crash of an Army helicopter killed a student pilot and civilian instructor Tuesday three miles southeast of here. Dead were warrant officer candidate Thomas B. Cawthray, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. William N. Cawthray of Fullerton, PA., and Charles White, 29, of Fort Worth. White worked for Southern Airways. The Army's basic helicopter pilot school is at Fort Wolters here.
