More detail on this person: TH-55A crashed during dual training mission climbing out at 250 ft pitched up entered left turn autorotation, lost RPM crashed to ground.

D. A. Cavnar was Dale Allen Cavnar, my fiance at the time of his death. Dale had already completed one tour in Viet Nam and had volunteered for helicopter training. He told me he wanted to help bring out more wounded.

Dale was from Denver.
