More detail on this person: With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dudley Howard Downing (Pickens, South Carolina), who passed away on May 2, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Howard Downing and Eva Lucille Pratt Downing. He is survived by : his significant other Cindy Briggs of Pickens; his daughters, Yvonne Mounkhoune of Austin, TX and Alicia Nerad of Mint Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Lauren Haffner, Austin Garton, Greyson Garton, Mykala Garton and Maren Garton; and his nephew David Glorius.
