More detail on this person: James E. "Jim" Daniel, 70, of New Caney went to be with his Lord Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was born Thursday, October 23, 1947 to James and Myrtle Daniel. James is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda Daniel; children, James Daniel and wife Lisa, Russell Daniel and wife Stacie, Edie Talbert and husband Robby; grandchildren, Kristan and husband Westley, Jacob, Paul and wife Lindsey, Christopher, Carley, Bryton, Bradyn, Gracyn, Allie, Reed; great-grandchildren; Weston, Harper, Tucker, Oaklyn; and many other family members and friends. A visitation will be Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Porter from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Lake Houston Church of Christ, Atascocita, Texas. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX.
