More detail on this person: Mr.Howard "Hugh" Deck, Jr. age 66 Died March 14, 2010 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville,Tn.Mr.Deck requested that his remains be donated to science.There will be no services at the funeral home.Mr.Deck was a graduate of West High School in Nashville.He was also a graduate of the university of Tennessee at Martin and University of Tennessee Knoxville Veterinary School.His military service includes being a Captain in the U.S. Army and flew helicopters in Vietnam for three tours of duty.He was also the recipient of the Purple Heart.Survivors include; Aunts:Anne McCord Spicer Nashville,TN Dolores Ridings McEwen,TN Dorothy James(Sanders) McEwen,TN He is proceded in death by parents Howard H.Deck,Sr. and Kathryn McCord Deck and infant brother.
