More detail on this person: William Charles Dean, 58, of Bella Vista died May 16, 2001, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born Oct. 14, 1942, in Hartford, Conn., to Louis and Virginia Takoris Dean. He moved to Bella Vista 10 years ago from Altus, Okla. He was a decorated pilot in the Air Force with 21 years of service. Survivors include his parents; his wife, Linda Dean; one son, Michael Dean, all of Springdale; two brothters, Greg Dean of California and John Dean of Washington. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at National Cemetery in Fayetteville. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
