More detail on this person: Air-show crash kills 3 fliers JOLIET, ILL - Three servicemen were killed yesterday when a Marine Corps helicopter performing at an air show stalled, catapulted to the ground and burst into flames. A fourth man survived. The helicopter crashed in full view of the crowd at the Joliet Park District Airport's 50th anniversary celebration. The UH-1 Huey helicopter was from Glenview Naval Air Station. The dead were identified as Capt. Wayne D. Dunlop, 33, Cudahy, Wis.; Capt. David F. Peterson, 35, Kansas City, and Staff Sgt. Lawrence A. Bogdan, 26, Glenview. Staff Sgt. David Render, 33, of Mount Prospect, Ill., was reported in fair condition.
