COATES, 41, of Franklinville, died Sunday at Kennedy Memorial Hospitals/Washington Township Division. Mr. Coates was born in Philadelphia and lived in Willingboro before moving to Franklinville two years ago. He was sales manager for Trelawny Pneumatic Tools in Paoli, Pa., and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors: his wife, Kathleen M. of Willingboro; two sons, Richard J. and Michael of Willingboro; a daughter, Maureen of Willingboro; his mother, Margaret of Franklinville; a brother, John of Franklinville, and six sisters, Margaret Kalvitis of Williamstown, Patricia Christian, Kathleen Tinney, Martha Mercado and Barbara Pagliarini, all of Franklinville, and Joanne Cifaloglio of Vineland. Services: viewing, 7 p.m. tomorrow, Bell Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S.
