More detail on this person: I'm hazy on the class number - but we were 'Silver hats' at Gary AFB and got our wings at Rucker - I believe on Feb 12, 1957. We were both captains - went to the Advanced Infantry class before flight school - and the USC Safety course just after. An AAAA chapter is named after Jack (I believe he was killed in an auto

accident in 1977) and surely someone there would have Ann Dibrell's contact information - and I believe their son is/was an Army colonel as well. I have just run across a son of fellow classmate Eual Cathey - the latter was killed in an aircraft accident in Vermont in October 1957 - and wanted to share the contact with Ann. I did not fly helicopters and was not in Vietnam (altho I was in the Aviation Directorate in the Pentagon during the early Vietnam days in the mid-60s). From: Bill Henry Jack Harry Dibrell (Biographical information extracted from wife's, Anne Sisk Dibrell's, obituary) Anne (Sisk) Dibrell was born October 2, 1931 in Hulbert, Arkansas to Earl Neal Sisk and Annie Mae (Cash) Sisk. She grew up and attended school in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She met U.S. Army Lieutenant Jack H. Dibrell from Coleman, Texas in Fort Smith in 1950 while he was stationed at Fort Chaffee, AR. They married on May 5, 1950 at Fort Benning, GA. They had three sons. She proudly served with Jack Dibrell at various military assignments in the United States and in Japan. Mrs. Dibrell was married for twenty-seven years until her husband's death in 1977 She served as a professional medical secretary for 15 years before retiring in 1992. She was a life-time honorary member of the Jack H. Dibrell / Alamo Chapter of the Army Aviation Association of America in San Antonio and a recipient of the Order of Our Lady of Loreto for her outstanding support to the Army Aviation Family and Army Aviation Community Anne was preceded in death by her parents, an older brother, Earl Neal Sisk, Jr. and a very close sister, Helen.
