More detail on this person: Jerry E. Dillon, Manchester Jerry Edward Dillon, 52, of Manchester, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2002, in Manchester. He was the husband of Laura Louise (Keen) Dillon of Manchester. Born Dec. 5, 1949, in Parkton, he was a son of the late Bennett Randolph Sr. and Hazel Marie (Eastridge) Dillon. He was self-employed at Specialty Coatings Inc., and was a member of Church of the Open Door and Gideons International. An Army veteran, he served in Vietnam. Surviving also are two daughters, Carole Mitchner of Washington D.C., and Olivia M. Dillon of Manchester; seven sons, Richard K. Dillon of Oklahoma City, Okla., Rodney A. Dillon of Cache, Okla., Russell H. Dillon of Apache, Okla., Clayton T. Dillon, Travis B. Dillon, Auston T. Dillon, and Sawyer D. Dillon, all of Manchester; two brothers, Bennett R. Dillon Jr. of Fallston and James H. Dillon of Ellicott City; five sisters, Peggy A. Millender of Hampstead, Marie Kitzmiller of Union Bridge, Frances L. Froleich of Eldersburg, Joy E. Davidson of Parkton and Joanne Fuller of Manchester; and four grandchildren. The service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead, with the Rev. Larry Staner officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Baptist Cemetery in Upperco. Memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice Inpatient Building Fund, 95 Carroll St., Westminster, Md. 21157.
