More detail on this person: EDMUND J. DOLAN JR. EDMUND J. DOLAN JR., 63, of Locust Grove, Va., a retired Army lieutenant colonel, died May 29 at home.He was the husband of Joyce Marie Dolan. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edmund J. and Margaret (Waters) Dolan.He was a career Army officer and had served 26 years in Army aviation. After retiring in 1981, he became director of field marketing operations for Dalmo Victor and Loral Electronic Systems.Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, Kathleen Delaney and Kellie Sowers, both of Fairfax, Va., and Kimberly Hackforth of Virginia Beach, Va.; a son, Edmund Dolan III of McClean, Va.; and four grandchildren. ( SEE CORRECTION ABOVE ) A funeral service will be held Friday at 8:45 a.m. in Fort Myer Old Chapel. Burial with full military honors will take place in Arlington (Va.) National Cemetery.
