Survived by wife, Norma; son, Benjamin; stepson, Christopher Olivera; daughters, Winfrey Madiera and Nina Salyer; sisters, Rachel Boyce, Susie Kaufman, Carol Henderson and Martha Baum; two grandchildren. Services with military honors 5:45 p.m. tomorrow at Kailua, Kona Pier; scattering of ashes to follow. Celebration of life and potluck gathering to follow at Kona Elks Lodge. No flowers. Aloha attire. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary, Kona.
