Frank was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, veteran of the Vietnam War as a Captain in the 3/17 Air Calvary, a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association and a member of the American Legion Post # 711. He is survived by his wife: Patricia Emmons, children: Erica Wade and Craig Emmons, sister: Catherine Peplau and 3 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: George F. and Regina Emmons and brother: Eugene Emmons. Visitation will be Saturday, December 11, from Noon - 2:00 PM at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary with a funeral service at 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
