He was born June 26, 1946, the son of Wilfrid and Rosalia "Sally" (Weber) Eisenbarth and grew up on a farm in Corning, KS. Francis, a proud U.S. Army officer and Cobra attack helicopter pilot, served our great country in the Vietnam War
