More detail on this person: This is my father and he successfully completed his tour in Vietnam. He was promoted to CPT while in SE Asia where I believe he was acting as a BN XO. I'm not sure of the circumstances. He was later promoted to MAJ and then eventually disappeared while acting as a co-pilot in a fixed-winged aircraft in 1981. This was not a military accident, he was on leave and basically ferrying one of the aircraft used in the Berlin airlift to a museum in Germany. Thank you for your service.
