More detail on this person: He was killed in an aviation accident in Harrisburg, Pa. Was flying for Keystone Aviation a contractor for the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. He was carrying canceled checks in a Beachcraft Baron from Philadelphia to Harrisburg and crashed on the approach to Harrisburg International Airport. I worked for the bank at the time and had to go out to the scene. I had talked to Art the day before. It was a foggy morning.
