Army Helicopter Crash is Fatal ELBA, Ala., (AP) - An Army helicopter on a training flight from Fort Rucker, Ala., crashed near here Friday, killing Lt. Harold W. Esselstein, 23, of Corning, Ohio. An Army spokesman said a second man was killed in the mishap, but his name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
