He was a life-long resident of Austin. Charles was a part of many organizations which included the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8787, Disabled American Veterans, Military Order of the Purple Heart and Ben Hur Shrines. Capt. Frizzell is survived by his mother, Marjorie Frizzell of Round Rock, TX; brothers Randy Frizzell of Belton, TX and Marty Frizzell of Miami Beach Gardens, FL; sister, Cheryl Zombola of Round Rock, TX; sons Mark Frizzell of Austin, TX and Scott Frizzell of Carrollton, TX; daughter, Shannon Frizzell of Houston, TX; nephews, Brian, Kevin, James, Jason and John Frizzell and niece, Haley Frizzell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deanna Frizzell, father, Buck Frizzell, favorite uncle, Hazen Harris and niece, Stephanie Frizzell. Funeral services will be held for Capt. Frizzell on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 10:00 AM in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio, TX at 2:00 PM
