Born Nov. 13, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Glenn E. and Inger Helene Edwardtzen Forgie. Married Sheri Anne Carroll Sept. 19, 1975 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He served in the US Army as a Helicopter Pilot in Viet Nam and Bosnia. A Member of the LDS Church. His greatest joy was his grandchildren. In Lieu of Flowers make donations to any Mountain America Credit Union in the Dustin T. Forgie Trust. Survivors, his wife Sheri, daughters, Tracy (Jeff) Clem, Tawnya (Earl) Okelberry, Teri Forgie (Darin Watrous) and Jamie Forgie (Nathan Bruin). three and a half grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m., at the South Jordan Parkway 5th Ward 10200 So. 3200 W. Friends may call Sun. Eve. from 6-8 p.m., at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 So. 2200 W. and on Monday one hour prior at the church. Interment at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
