More detail on this person: R. David Freeman 8 Oct 1945 to 28 Mar 2018 Class of 67-7. TDY to Lakehurst, NJ Naval Air Station. Vietnam, Aug 67 to Jul 68 with the 1st Cav Div 11th Gen Support. Assigned to fly support for the 371st Radio Research Company. Reassigned to Hunter Army Airfield, GA, where he spent remainder of his Army career with the Helicopter Accident Investigation Board. Dave accepted an early January release to fly helicopters for a Utah company. He was born and raised in Idaho and spent his remaining years flying and working in the western United States, retiring to Idaho in 2016. His love of flying never wavered as he left behind his beloved 68 Bonanza, his wife, Linley, and his two sons.
