More detail on this person: CWO Thomas L. Frazee, of Winter Park, FL, passed away on 29 Oct 2009. Tom was born in California in 1948. He was the son of the late COL Malcolm and Evelyn Frazee. Tom joined the US Army in 1968, serving as a Helicopter Pilot in Vietnam, and was discharged in 1971. Tom attended Embry-Riddle Univ and the Univ of Central Florida, becoming a surveyer for local construction projects.
