More detail on this person: Dennis served in
the U.S.Army as a helicopter pilot for the 174th
AHC Vietnam.The Purple Heart and the
Distinguished Flying Cross were among the honors
he was awarded. Dennis attended college in
Marquette, Michigan. He was a railroad conductor
for the Chicago Nothwestern Railroad. Dennis was a
member of the Disabled American Veterans. He
was an avid golfer who taught his sons, brothers,
and nephews how to respect the game. Burial information: Riverside Cemetery, Nekoosa, WI

He is survived by his wife, Jill Fyksen of
Wisconsin Rapids; father George Fyksen of
Sarasota, Fla; mother and stepfather, Arlita and
Ken Frantz of Brookfield, Wis; two sons, Dennis
(Jill) Fyksen Jr of Iverness, Fla. and Jason (Sek)
Fysen of Sarasota, Fla.; one daughter, Tracey
(Hugh) Harris of Rice Lake, Wis. and eight
grandchildren.
Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Nekoosa,
Wisconsin
