Beloved husband of Barbara F. "Bobbie" Frank. Loving father of Steven L. Frank, Susan C. Godby and Elizabeth A. Lancaster. Brother of John C. Frank. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Jesse A. and Jennifer L. Godby and a niece, Donna L. Frank. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday June 28, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Fort Myer Post Chapel, Fort Myer, VA. Interment and Full Military Honors will follow at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in memory of Col. Frank (USMA '56) to the West Point Fund, Association of Graduates, 698 Mills Rd. , USMA, West Point, NY.
