Frasier, 65, Whitehouse, is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home.Carl was born Dec. 8, 1944, in Atoka, Okla., and passed away on Dec. 7, 2010.He served in the Army, achieving the rank of captain. Later on, he worked as a carpenter supervisor for Texas A&M, Kingsville.He is survived by his wife, Pegi Frasier; father and step-mother, J.R. and Mabel Frasier; daughter, Sherry Mendez and husband David; sons, Bryan and Ronald Frasier; sisters and spouses, Susan and Quentin Mims, Kathy and Richard Whaley, Sharon and Eric Koppes; brother, Mike Ranzonie; grandchildren, Tyler and Emily Frasier.He was preceded in death by his mother, Mae Ranzonie; sons, Brandon and Gregg Frasier; and aunt and uncle, Ethel and Clyde McCreary.
