More detail on this person: SHERMAN - Funeral services for Donald Wayne Felder will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 21 at Waldo Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow at West Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Felder, 80, passed away Tuesday, June 17 at his home in Sherman. Don was born November 30, 1933 in Temple, Oklahoma to the late Bob and Lorene (Bean) Felder. Don was a helicopter pilot and served in the US Army for twenty years. He also flew for Air America for seven years. Don flew in Vietnam for several years and was stationed numerous place around the world during his military career. In retirement, he enjoyed fishing, watching Westerns, and trading on the stock market.

Don is survived by his wife Brenda of Sherman; two sons, Don Felder and wife Lori of Sherman and Bobby Felder and wife Trinh of Sherman; two daughters, Donna Kellison of Cartwright, OK and Jeanie Herfurtner and husband Chris of San Diego, CA; two brothers, Ralph Felder and wife Hazel of New London, NC and Gary "Butch" Felder and wife Wanda of Cash, OK; 17 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Joe Dan Felder; and two daughters, Betty Conrad and Mary Smith.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 am Saturday at Waldo Funeral Home.
