Mr. Flewharty is survived by his wife of 39 years, Monika Flewharty; daughter Stefani Reed; grandchildren Joey, Anthony, and Ashley; mother Ozella Flewharty; brother Johnny Flewharty and his wife Sharon; sister Susan Flewharty; and many other loving family members. A Visitation will be Friday, October 15, 2004 from 7 to 9P.M., and the Funeral Service will be Saturday, October 16, 2004 at 1:00 P.M., both at Ted Dickey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the 8th Street Baptist Church, 705 Skyline Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75051.
