Whitish.TH-55A crashed 3 miles S of Mineral Wells on a training flight after hitting a power pole near FM 1195. Accident Claims Two Army Men MINERAL WELLS, Tex. (AP) -Two Army men were killed Monday in a training accident near here. The men were flying a training helicopter which crashed in an open field. The Army said one of the men was an instructor at the Army's primary helicopter training center at Ft. Wolters here. He was CW2 John R. Fore of Mineral Wells. The other man, a student pilot, was not immediately identified by the Army.
