More detail on this person: John Greene PALM COAST John H. Greene, 69, of Breeze Hill Lane, a former pilot for Air Force One, died Wednesday. Mr. Greene was born in Central Falls, R.I., and moved here in 1993 from Davie. He was an Army veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8696. Survivors include two daughters, Jacqueline Meditz, Beaufort, S.C., and Lisa Mund, Coconut Creek; a brother, Richard, Cambria, Calif.; a sister, Ruth Conneley, Santa Barbara, Calif.; and six grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange 32119. Alderson is in charge.
