More detail on this person: Bill Graham died of cancer today, 21 June 2016, at 05:15 AM. He had a sudden onset of stomach cancer that metastasized rapidly. He was still flying as of 6 weeks ago. We met and flew together in Fulda, Germany after returning from Vietnam.
