More detail on this person: RICHARD GILLINGHAM January 16, 1933 December 10, 2018 Richard Gillingham, beloved husband of 62 years, father and grandfather, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at age 85. He is survived by four children and four grandchildren. Richard was born January 16, 1933 in Kittaning, Pennsylvania. He served in Korea and two tours of duty in Vietnam while in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1975. He worked for Bell Helicopter for over 20 years and was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 12 at 11:00 a.m. at High View Baptist Church in Woodland Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Richard's name to Teller County Regional Animal Shelter. . Published in The Gazette on Jan. 5, 2019
