More detail on this person: Wallace A. Galloway Wallace Arthur Galloway, 58, of 2074 Crystal Springs Road, Fayetteville, died Tuesday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Galloway was a captain and a pilot in the Army. He was an air traffic controller at Fayetteville Regional Airport when he retired from the civil service. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Reeves Funeral Home chapel in Hope Mills by the Rev. Harold Hurd. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park. Mr. Galloway is survived by his parents, Vernon and Bernice Galloway of Fayetteville; two daughters, Maria Edwards of Fayetteville and Sonja Meyers of Spring Lake; a brother, Dwight Galloway of Fayetteville; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
