More detail on this person: Deryl K "Pete" Gunn was assigned to 3/4 Cav 25th ID in Vietnam. He was a scout pilot and recipient of the Purple Heart and DFC. He served many years as a flight instructor at Ft. Rucker. I was one of his students. I learned of his passing several months afterward. He is buried in the Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Mitchell, Georgia.
