More detail on this person: John Geisser GEISSER, JOHN 'JACK', Died April 22, 2005 in Kent Hospital, Warwick. He was the husband of Phyllis E. (Bileau) Geisser, they were married 45 years. Born in Providence a son of the late John H. and Helen L. (Callaghan) Geisser he had lived in Scituate before moving to Keene, NH 15 years ago. Mr. Geisser was an Airport Manager in Keene, NH for many years. A Marine Corps Helicopter Pilot during the Vietnam War he received the Distinguished Flying Cross as well as 17 Air Medals. He was past Commodore of the West Bay Yacht Club in East Greenwich, RI. Mr. Geisser was a member of the East Swanzey, NH Fire and Rescue and part of the ski patrol on Mt. Snow. Besides his wife he leaves three daughters; Deborah J. Geisser of Vacaville, CA, Kimberly E. Gauvin and Kristine A. Carr of Coventry. A son John E. 'Jack' Geisser of Washington DC, five granddaughters, Samantha and Nicole Gauvin of Coventry, Sarah, Amanda and Morgan Carr of Coventry, three brothers Jospeh F. Geisser of North Providence, Peter J. geisser of Cranston and Paul M. Geisser of Fairfield, CA, and an aunt Alice McGrath of Cranston. Funeral Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. from the Winfield & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, RT 116, Situate followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in SS John and Paul Church, South Main St., Coventry. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 205 Hallene Rd., Ste 209, Warwick, RI 02886 or online at www.nationalmssociety.org. Calling Hours are Monday 4-8 p.m.
