John was a graduate of Little Flower Grammar School, St. Ignatius College Prep, U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD and earned his M.A. in Political Science from Cal State University. He was a commercial pilot from 1976-1995. Visitation and Memorial Service on Saturday, July 31 at 12 noon at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors), 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park. Interment Holy Sepulchre. In lieu of flowers, memorials to World Wildlife Fund, 1250 24th St. NW, Washington, DC 20037.
