He is survived by wife Patsy, daughter Anne Pitts and two grandchildren. Visitation, services and reception: 10 a.m. Monday at Christ Church Episcopal, Kealakekua, Hawaii. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hospice of Kona or Christ Church Episcopal.
